Children and Young People’s Accessible Friend’s and Family Test in General and Dental Practices in NHS England (South Central) Evaluation Report

Last November (2015) Monkey, Victoria and Helen set off to run a series of workshops for dental practices and GP practices in the South Central area. The aim was to address encouraging children, young people and their families to complete the Friends and Family Test survey.

We were thrilled to bits that so many children engaged with Monkey and even more so that younger children took their first steps in providing feedback for the services “By allowing younger children to actively draw on the forms practices were enabling the children to process their experiences in a way which was meaningful to them, and thereby taking their first steps in learning to provide feedback as service users.”

The evaluation report carried out by Nick Medforth and his team at Liverpool John Moore’s University is here
